EI8HT Brighton Guest Accommodation

The bed was sooo comfortable. On our first full day, we called the number provided, to explain we didn't need the room cleaned, but may we please have some clean sheets, more tea, coffee, sugar etc. The kind staff, Wayne, insisted as long as we were comfortable, he change the sheets for us. He brought extra drinks to our room (more than requested), when offered a tip he kindly declined. Owner/management available to call when needed. Breakfast provisions in the room. Heated on arrival for us. Honestly, I stay in hotels A LOT, and this is the best I've been to in the UK in years....

We appreciate that breakfast facilities are provided, not only tea and coffee, but also cornflakes, cereal bars and milk. That saves time for having breakfast outside, so we could start the day early…

I really liked the loft, Quiet in total relaxation! Inside you will find everything that a holiday home should never be missing! There are all the accessories for the kitchen including the washing machine and the necessary utilities for cooking, we had coffee and milk and juice available! For the children we found cereals for breakfast! In the bathroom you will find towels, This apartment inside offers a hairdryer, iron, and drying rack! Everything at your fingertips!!!

Great location, clean, and with everything you need - kettle, fridge and breakfast basics. A little cramped for 3 adults, but served our purpose perfectly as a somewhere to sleep after a day at the rugby. Would definitely recommend, and look forward to staying again! Hazel, the cleaning lady, is also very friendly!

My daughter particularly loved the cozy ambiance and the thoughtful amenities provided. The guest house's location is ideal, just a short walk from the beach . Despite being so close to all the action, the guest house itself was a peaceful retreat, perfect for unwinding after a day of sightseeing.
